Trained in the old-school way, Peter knows that short cuts usually lead to more expense and disappointment so he simply won’t take them. And that is one of the reasons he and his team of experienced tradespeople produce professional results that meet deadlines and expectations.

Premier Quality Renovations offers three unique payment options for your renovation project.

Fixed Price Option

This standard payment option is typical for small to medium sized projects and guarantees you a fixed price. Choosing this option, there are no unexpected surprises which can sometimes arise during a renovation project. You can be confident in knowing how much you need to budget for your project.

Management Fee

This unique payment option which is typically reserved for larger projects is based on the combined cost of the materials and labour required to complete the project plus a 20% management fee and reflects the true total cost of the project, therefore providing you with considerable cost savings as opposed to choosing the fixed price option.

Consulting Service

Be your own General Contractor. You oversee the whole renovation process yourself with the assurance and confidence of working with an experienced Premier building renovation consultant, giving you complete control over cost, quality and type of materials and labour used for the projects. All three payment options give you direct access to Premier's wholesale suppliers which will save you thousands on your project.

Home Inspections

Premier Quality Inspections are designed to help you eliminate costly mistakes and bad decisions before you purchase your new home. For a low one-time fee, Premier will be your buying advisor and inform you whether or not your renovation goals are achievable and cost efficient, taking into account the value of the home.

Looking to convert the kitchen to an open concept? Or perhaps you want to build your dream ensuite bathroom. Don’t buy before you know! Premier’s experienced inspection team will analyze the possibility of your admirations and will advise you on the best approach on achieving your renovation goal and quote a price estimate right on the spot!

All this for a one time service fee of $500 can save you money and hassles down the road. The best part is that if you decide to hire Premier Quality Renovations for the job, we will rebate the inspection fee!

…The work started on time and progressed quickly. Peter’s guys would show up at 7am and work into the evening, sometimes quite late. Peter was on site nearly every day (for 3 months!), and if he was unable to stop by, would always call, usually with the question “Are you happy?”. Communication was constant throughout the entire process.

Everyone involved in the project had a high level of expertise in what they do, and the quality of workmanship and attention to detail was beyond compare.
