It is without hesitation that we would again hire Peter Glaw of Premier Quality Renovations for a third time. Peter did work in our family home a few years ago and we were truly impressed with the quality of service and outstanding workmanship and most importantly the open communication we have enjoyed with Peter. Peter also did work for our neighbours and they were extremely happy with their new bathrooms.

This past summer we purchased an executive townhouse and again asked Peter to put a plan into action. Our townhouse needed very extensive renovations that included taking down walls which required an 18 foot steel beam to be installed, all new doors, trim, window casings, installation on new gas fireplace, complete kitchen renovation, hardwood flooring, modifications to our HVAC system and also completely rewiring our home including decora switches and plugs and over 60 pot lights.

From early on Peter organized the structural engineers, architect, applied for and was granted a building permit from the City of Mississauga. All City inspections were done in a timely manner every step of the way and were approved and signed off without question including the final approval from the Electrical Safety Association. All of Peter’s trades are what we would call craftsmen and will not cut any corners. At the end of each day all tools neatly organized and all rooms left in a broom swept condition.

Peter and his staff were here everyday for three months. If Peter felt as the project moved forward if adjustments needed to be made usually for the better we accepted the recommendation. What impressed us most was the detailed schedule of work was posted on our back window and when Peter said the Plumber, Electricians, Drywallers, his staff and inspectors were coming they were here without question.

Whether you call Peter at 8 am or 8 pm he is readily available to answer any questions about the project. But also be prepared for Peter to call you a few times a day to check in and give any updates. We have told Peter many times we would be extremely pleased to (and we have) speak to potential new customers considering hiring Premier Quality Renovations to let them know about our experience.

We will continue to recommend Peter to our friends, family and associates that only will expect the best quality work available in the renovation industry.
