We decided to hire Peter, and his team, Mario and Wacek, to build a new fence on our property, and finish the basement in our home. We couldn’t have been happier with the outcome.

Peter himself stands out for a few reasons. He visits the site nearly every day and does his utmost to be available whenever you need him. Peter truly cares that the work is top notch and that the client is happy. He respects his employees and trades and treats them well. His advice in many areas was extremely helpful, and he showed patience when we had what must have seemed like endless questions. Peter is someone who does what he says he will and makes things right.

Mario and Wacek were the key people onsite for the entire process, working closely with the HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Stairs, Drywall, Carpenters, and other trades. Both of them are extremely reliable and hardworking, always arriving on time. They strived to collaboratively make decisions with us on key points as the project went on. Mario and Wacek are professionals in their craft and you can feel confident they will do the right thing by you.

From the trades, Arthur in particular was a joy to work with, and did an excellent job planning and doing the plumbing, answering all of our questions with patience and understanding. Much of what matters in renovations is what you can’t later see, and we feel very confident knowing he did the work.

All of this occurred during the height of the pandemic, and Peter and his team were respectful of the situation and our concerns, even though it was very challenging at times for them to coordinate things. We had a hard deadline for completing the project, and despite several challenges with the materials and labour shortages, they got the job done.
