On Monday, June 30, we had the pleasure of welcoming Peter Glaw, founder of Premier Quality Renovations, as a guest speaker for our participants enrolled in our hands-on, eight-week construction training program, which is specifically designed to support women entering the skilled trades.

Peter generously took the time to tour our training site, engage with the participants, and share his inspiring personal and professional journey in the construction industry. His session was not only informative, but also deeply motivating. He provided real-life examples and lessons that resonated with the women in our program many of whom shared that they left the session feeling more confident, inspired, and better informed about the realities of the industry.

Peter’s story from learning the craft alongside his father to building a successful renovation business rooted in passion, quality, and word-of-mouth referrals is a powerful example of what it means to lead with integrity and dedication. We are grateful for his time, authenticity, and the wisdom he shared with our future tradeswomen.
