I am so happy with my new bathrooms!! I would like to thank Peter and his on-site crew of Mario and Stan for the superb reno performed on my 2 condo bathrooms in Jan/20. The entire experience was top notch from the initial planning, the demolition, the reconstruction and the finishing. Peter’s estimate of time required for the job was accurate. Every construction jobsite creates dust/dirt and my condo was no different but the difference with my job was Peter and his folks minimized the dirt/dust by covering the furniture the floors before the job started with plastic and the crew performed a full cleaning at the end of every construction day. Keeping my condo was especially important to me since I had to live in the condo throughout the construction. I had no complaints with the dust/dirt level during construction. Long story short, Peter really cares about doing the best he can for you from day 1 to the end of the job and beyond. You will not go wrong having Peter handle your reno.Thank you Peter for the first class renovation that you and your team performed on my entire condo. Your Premier team of Mario, Jacob and Alex were laser-focussed and driven to provide the best possible professional service on a timely basis.

I would also commend you for the support trade specialists that you selected for my reno including Frank for cabinets and Ziggy for countertops and window sills. All support trades provided first-class service and were consummate professionals.

Finally, thank you Peter for directing the reno and ensuring that all my reno needs and concerns were addressed completely and on a timely basis.
